About Robert
Robert Hall was an environmental scientist with the U.S. EPA Region 9 Standards & TMDL Office for 29 years. He has provided technical assistance to all of USEPA Region 9 tribal environmental programs, including trainings in:

Robert was also a research scientist for the USEPA Office of Research and Development, and has authored over 20 peer-reviewed research papers.
After retiring from the EPA, he has continued environmental research, training and consulting for tribal lands in both the United States and Canada.
